Consulting

Consulting service are an integral part of our business model. In general, we view any new client relationship as one based upon your trust in us to assist you in identifying your needs and then providing the appropriate hardware and software, and helping you to setup and learn the functions of your new products. For truly specialized requirements or implementation of products outside of our expertise, we can work with you and your vendor when evaluating, installing, and later supporting that product.

Here are a few of the consulting services that we offer:

Analysis - of your current systems and the ability to provide objective recommendations
Software - installation, configuration, and training with many common applications
Hardware - recommendations, custom configurations, upgrade, training, and service
Internet - evaluation and selection of provider, web hosting, DNS, mail, web design
Accounting System - evaluation, implemenation, and support from trained CPA's
Training - hourly onsite, classroom, training videos and support guides

All initial meetings with new clients are provided free of charge, however, depending on the scope of any given project there may be fees associated with our proposals and recommendations since it is our expertise that is of the greatest value. We will always clearly identify when fee for service begins.

What is Consulting?

Consulting is the business of providing advice to clients for a fee in order to help them solve a particular problem. The consultant generally has gained expertise from previous employment and/or years of experience working in a particular field. While anybody can call themselves a consultant, we draw upon over 50 years of collective experience working in the IT field.
